Fresh Quail Eggs from happy quail! Many quail farms still use cramped cages for these birds. We use ground pens which provide lots of room, and the ability to live like a quail should! You'll taste the difference in the eggs. 

Fantastic option for hardboiled served as a snack or on a salad. The yolk becomes creamy and mild.
